Club of Warsaw  - Polish-Russian Young Leaders Meeting Point - Call for Applications

This year again 17 young people from Poland and Russia spent four days in Warsaw to learn together, improve their professional skills, get to know each other and break stereotypes.

The participants took part in a seminar on diplomatic protocol led by Adam Jarczyński and a two-day workshop on negotiations and public speeches. The training was led by former British Ambassador to Warsaw, Charles Crawford, who introduced the basic aspects of negotiation theory and techniques, and gave the participants some practical advice, which are essential for professional mediation (Anchoring, Framing, Reflecting, Active Listening). The training was backed up by several examples from years of experience in high-level diplomacy.
